How do I book as a buyer?

Create a stay request (hotel or destination, dates, rooms, and offer window). It reaches linked suppliers automatically. Compare offers, accept the best one, then pay on the platform to confirm instantly.

Do I need an individual account to buy?

An individual account is for buying and tracking: requests, offers, bookings, and wallet. Sign-up is quick with mobile and email, then you can start your first request.

Why are prices often better?

Offers are not publicly listed and are tailored to your request, within rules that don’t break the hotel’s published rate policy — so you often get better value than public channels.

When is a booking confirmed?

After you accept an offer and complete payment on the platform, the booking is confirmed immediately. If the supplier is an intermediary, the hotel booking code appears after they enter it.

Where is booking available now?

We start with hospitality units in Makkah, with gradual expansion to other cities. We don’t currently offer flights, packages, or visas.
